About Kim Caterino

I’m Kim Caterino, a Napa Valley native with deep roots in the wine industry and a lifelong connection to the community and landscape that define this region. My background in vineyard development, winery operations, and marketing gives me a grounded understanding of both the lifestyle and the practical considerations that shape property ownership in Napa Valley.

I represent buyers and sellers throughout Napa Valley and surrounding Wine Country communities, specializing in residential real estate ranging from single-family homes and private or gated communities to luxury residences and vineyard or country properties with land. Whether helping a seller position a property for the market or guiding a buyer toward the right home, I take the time to understand what matters most and provide clear communication, thoughtful strategy, and steady guidance throughout the process.

I stay actively involved in the community as a member of the Kiwanis Club of Napa and value opportunities to support the people and small businesses that make Napa unique. Outside of real estate, I’m an avid dog lover who enjoys cooking, live music, spending time outdoors with my family, exploring Napa’s food and wine community, and traveling the world, with more than 30 countries visited...and counting.
