I’m Kim Caterino, a Napa Valley native with deep roots in the wine industry and a lifelong connection to the community and landscape that define this region. My background in vineyard development, winery operations, and marketing gives me a grounded understanding of both the lifestyle and the practical considerations that shape property ownership in Napa Valley.

I represent clients across luxury residential, private and gated communities, and vineyard and country properties with land, using a warm, thoughtful, and highly personalized approach. I take the time to understand what matters most to each client—whether it’s privacy, land potential, views, or simply a home that feels like a retreat. I focus on clear communication, steady guidance, and positioning the details that matter most. Outside of real estate, I’m an avid dog lover and enjoy exploring Napa’s food and wine community, cooking, traveling, watching live music and spending time outdoors with my family.
